We have worked out a game plan to catch criminals hijacking cyclists
Eblockwatch has a membership of 67000 members. Once again we are taking on the criminals. This time I think the criminals have taken on the wrong team. We know cyclists are a different. They are people who push themselves to the limit and who cannot resist a challenge. So what did the criminals do?
